Join Tanya Taylor Saturday, December 18th, from 1-5, as she broadcasts from the Ice Skating Rink at the Fort Smith Glass Pavilion on B Street. We’re conducting a food drive for the Community Services Clearinghouse. With a canned food donation, you get a dollar off skate admission. Food items needed at the mission include macaroni and cheese, canned vegetables, instant potatoes, canned meat, kids juices, rice, and spaghetti sauce. We’ll have lots of CDs to give away, too! Our Food Drive / Broadcast is sponsored by Arkansas Valley Electric Cooperative and Wave Rural Connect, Weather Barr, Midland Motors, and Glidewell Distributing.
The Ice Skating Rink is made possible again this year through a partnership with The Community Rescue Mission, First National Bank, and Fort Smith Parks and Recreation.
