Cooking Arkansas is a cooking school series specially designed for adults with limited incomes who are raising children or grandchildren. The classes are free and focus on cooking skills, nutrition, saving money on food, and physical activity. Class dates are April 28, May 5, 12, and 19 (must attend all sessions).
