Jay Lynch (E-Mail)
Jay got his start in Christian radio when he was 12 years old in Oklahoma City working for a family-owned AM station. He moved to Fort Smith with his wife Patti in 1994 and they now live in Greenwood with their two girls, Molly and Mckenzie.

Dave Burdue (E-Mail)
Dave got his start in radio in 1974 in Paris, Arkansas and has been in Christian Radio since the mid 80's.

Keith Osterman (E-Mail)
Brother Keith started in radio as an engineer in 1971. He has been on the air doing Country, Rock and Roll, Oldies, and MOR (middle of the road) in Arkansas and Oklahoma.

Mike Hauser (Michael D) (E-Mail)
Mike started in radio in 1976, including stints on Armed Forces Radio and at stations in West Virginia, Virginia, Oregon, Mississippi, Arkansas, and Oklahoma. Mike does 3 to 7 in the afternoons on Spirit, and co-hosts the Power Worship Prayer hour on Tuesdays and Thursdays with his pastor, Tashala Devroe.

Bertha James (E-Mail)
Bertha has been at Spirit 106.3 since 1998. She enjoys attending church and hanging out with her friends. Most of all she enjoys spending time with her grandchildren here in Arkansas and New Jersey.

Mike Powers (E-mail)
Mike has been a faithful Spirit 106.3 listener since 1993, and as a husband and father of three, he understands the importance of family-friendly radio.
